Vintage Romantic Courting Scene Porcelain Cabinet Plates – Set of 2, 10.5" Gold Gilt

Vintage Romantic Courting Scene Porcelain Cabinet Plates – Set of Two

A beautiful matching pair from The Glennis Posey Collection!

This elegant set of two decorative porcelain cabinet plates features romantic, European-inspired scenes depicting beautifully dressed ladies and gentlemen surrounded by soft garden landscapes, flowers, and architectural details.

Each plate features a different illustration, creating a lovely complementary set.

One plate depicts a young woman in a colorful blue-and-rust gown standing near a gentleman in a garden setting. The second features an elegantly dressed couple beside a decorative stone balustrade, surrounded by flowers and soft pastel scenery.

Both plates feature beautifully sculpted, scalloped borders with elaborate raised gold-gilt scrollwork, giving the pair a wonderfully ornate appearance.

The soft blue, blush pink, lavender, and warm golden tones create a romantic, old-world aesthetic.

We hope these plates remain together and find a new home where their beauty and connection to Miss Glennis’s collection will continue to be appreciated.
